Ahhh a nectar... Nectars are usually a good experience, unless it's Pennywort or maybe Porcupine nectar... Found this one at a local Spanish market... Banana Strawberry nectar with vitamin C. Hmmmm... Seems safe enough. High notes are banana, strawberry and blue steel, or maybe that's aluminum. Pink and thick. Wow! The frothy pinkness is so light I can't really feel it pass over my tongue. Very interesting texture for a beverage. Here is an example of true natural source flavors (banana and strawberry) enhanced perfecty with chemical flavorings to meet the expectations of our chemically-evolved flavor standards. I'm going to have this one with my soy sausage for breakfast. As Homer would say, "Nine Thumbs Up!"
